Meet Dr. David Black

Dr. David Black specializes in orthopedic surgery. He has special interest in knee and hip replacement surgery. Dr. Black grew up in Arma and attended Pittsburg State University. He has lived in Joplin for 30 years. Dr. Black takes care of his patients like he would want his family to be taken care of. Dr. Black received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine Kansas City, Kansas, and he completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Black is board certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Black is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
