At Freeman Health System, we believe in the power of collaboration to build healthier communities. Through meaningful partnerships with local organizations, we support programs that promote wellness, education, and access to care across our region —to make meaningful impact in our community.
As one unified system —including Ozark Center, Freeman Neosho Hospital, Freeman Fort Scott Hospital, Inc., and our network of clinics, this centralized submission and review process is the only way to request community support funding. Requests should not be submitted through individual locations.

Apply for FY 2027 Community Support
We are now accepting donation/sponsorship requests for our Fiscal Year 2027 (April 2026 – March 2027). We invite eligible community partners to apply for funding that supports programming, outreach, and initiatives aligned with Freeman’s mission and values.
First Consideration Deadline: February 28, 2026

Complete All Required Fields.
Be sure to provide detailed information about your organization, the program you’re requesting support for, and the intended impact.Attach Supporting Documents.
You may include brochures, budgets, testimonials, sponsorship level information, or other materials that help illustrate your program’s value.Submit Your Application.
Review and Notification.
Applications received by the priority deadline will be reviewed for first consideration. Selected partners will be notified in Spring 2026.
