As chief medical officer, Dr. Estep provides executive-level direction of medical care, as well as leadership for quality performance, risk management, physician recruitment, physician relations and graduate medical education.

Dr. Estep received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Tulsa, Okla. He completed his residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, Okla. While completing his residency, he also earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Public Health, Oklahoma City, Okla.
Dr. Estep is board-certified in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and was named a Fellow by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
