Freeman Home Care has been named a Top Agency of the 2016 HomeCare Elite.
Freeman Home Care has been named a Top Agency of the 2016 HomeCare Elite. The list identifies the most successful home care providers in the United States. HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25 percent of Medicare-certified agencies and highlights the top 100 and 500 overall.
To make the list, home care providers are judged on quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, best practices implementation and financial management. Data for the list is based on information available to the public. Out of 9,406 agencies considered, 2,353 achieved HomeCare Elite status. Freeman Home Care has been named to the HomeCare Elite nine times and earned Top Agency Honors seven times.
Freeman Home Care has provided personalized home medical care for more than 30 years. Trained, CPR-certified professionals, including nurses, therapists, personal care aides and social workers, work closely with patients, families and physicians to develop individualized care plans to best meet the patient’s needs.
