Webb City Students Donate Hats to Newborns at Freeman

Twenty-one members of the Webb City Middle School Knitting/Looming Club presented 35 handmade hats to be distributed to babies born at Freeman Health System. All babies born at Freeman are given a hat to help maintain body temperature.

Students started the club earlier this year and meet the third Monday of each month to knit and share conversation. The Parent Teacher Organization assisted in purchasing knitting looms. Yarn for the project was donated.
