Freeman Work Injury Therapy received an Outcomes Excellence Certificate from Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO®), a nationwide outcomes database and reporting service for healthcare providers. These certificates are presented to a select group of providers across the country to recognize excellence in effective treatment. Freeman Work Injury Therapy has demonstrated a greater increase in function for its patients as compared to the national aggregate average. Freeman work injury therapists and physicians safely return employees to work 10 days faster than the national average.
“Patient care is the number one priority for our work injury therapy staff,” said Mick Ward, Freeman Rehabilitation Services and Sports Medicine Director. “Being recognized as one of the premier providers in the country for workplace injury therapy is a tremendous testament to the dedication of our clinical staff.”
Since 1994, FOTO has provided outcome data to healthcare providers. More than 1,000 organizations contribute to the FOTO database. Freeman Work Injury Therapy has proven its quality of care by exceeding the average performance data of all FOTO network organizations. FOTO outcomes data are beneficial because they provide a benchmark measure for overall quality and value of services offered by an organization.
