How On My Way Works

Choose your estimated arrival time and tell us a little about why you need care. - Head Our Way
Sign in with your MyChart account or continue without one. After submitting your information, you'll receive directions to your selected location.
Note: Using On My Way is not required to be seen in our facilities. Walk-ins are always welcome! Please check with your insurance carrier to verify coverage before your arrival. If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Good to Know
• You do not need to be an existing Freeman patient to use On My Way.
• New and returning patients can use the service.
• Patients may choose to receive messages and updates from the care team related to their visit.
• On My Way helps you notify us that you're coming so we can be better prepared for your arrival
