The geriatricians at Freeman Center for Geriatric Medicine provide comprehensive medical assessment for senior health. Supported by resources only a hospital-based provider can supply, we offer many specialists and services in one location, providing easy access for patients, families and caregivers.
We’re committed to your quality of life, health and independence. During each visit, our geriatricians take the time to answer all your questions, review medications and coordinate your care with other specialists. After your examination, we give you a report summarizing all our specialists' findings. We can share this report with your doctor, or we can serve as your primary care physician if you don't have a family doctor.
