I love inpatient medicine and worked several jobs in the hospital prior to medical school. I still enjoy the team aspect and being involved in organizational improvement is very satisfying. Involving Resident and Student Doctors into the process brings enthusiasm and fresh perspectives. Every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities!
